meet jessica assaf, co-founder & chief education officer at prima. based in santa monica, prima is a science-led, botanical powered wellness brand. its core mission is to fight off the modern day stress through education and high standard products. as a kickass, passionate brand builder, jessica's story behind the creation of prima has some beginnings that you might not see everyday. a few years ago, jessica assaf was a grad student at harvard, studying activism and the ways to make the beauty manufacturing space become a better place. fast forward a few years to 2019, she teamed up with two alumni of the honest company to create a brand they believed in. she was kind enough to stop by the show and check in with us about how the brand became to be, the road ahead, and the power of plant-based products.
